Grupo Plaza Alta is a reference in the integral administration of properties, with four offices strategically located in Tarifa, Algeciras and Manilva, from where we offer services to communities in the Campo de Gibraltar and the Costa del Sol.

Grupo Plaza Alta was born from the union of two professionals with an impeccable track record in the sector: Ignacio Pérez de Vargas Sansalvador and Enrique Soriano Palacios. Both have more than 30 years of experience endorsed by the Cadiz and Malaga Associations of Administrators, as well as the highest Certificate of Professional Excellence in the Cadiz Association.

Since its creation, the Plaza Alta Group has established itself as a leader in the province of Cadiz in property administration, currently managing more than 300 communities and serving more than 12,000 clients. Outstanding features include telematic payment of fees, personalised access for presidents, boards of directors and owners, a web portal available in four languages, online notice boards, digital archiving of community documentation, and access to accounts with accounting data updated in real time.

At Grupo Plaza Alta, we specialise in the day-to-day management and accounting of homeowners‘ associations, offering services such as the preparation of documents and notices, proxy voting, execution and monitoring of decisions taken at the Owners’ Meetings, drafting of minutes and representation of the association before the administrative and judicial authorities. In addition, we provide balance sheets, budgets and annual accounts, with daily updated accounting statements through double-entry bookkeeping, weekly bank charts and quarterly internal audits.
